Affiliate conduct

Use permission-based outreach. Do not spam, impersonate Enuncia, invent guarantees or quote unauthorised prices or discounts.

Only register leads that you have permission to share. Existing Enuncia leads and duplicate claims are subject to review. Registration does not automatically establish ownership, a conversion or a commission.

For new projects submitted through the affiliate dashboard, standard commission is 5% of the invoiced service amount, excluding taxes. Enuncia must accept the referral. Commission becomes payable proportionately when the client pays Enuncia; credits and refunds adjust it, and applicable TDS is deducted from payout. The shared project ledger records billing, receipts, withholding and payouts. Existing separately agreed referrals remain governed by their agreement.
