Your account details, application information, documents and review history are used to assess your application, communicate about your participation and administer the programme. Enuncia Global operates this service.

Application data is private and available to you and authorised administrators. Public display is off by default; only a limited approved profile can be published with your opt-in. Your email, phone, CV, rates and internal review records are never included in the public directory.

Essential session cookies keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. Uploaded files are stored privately and downloaded through access-controlled routes. Please do not upload identity, bank, tax or confidential client documents during application.

Job alerts are optional. Your dashboard records your email and WhatsApp choices and, if provided, your WhatsApp number. Matching uses the expertise and languages in your profile. We send registration notices to Enuncia and account verification emails to you. Opted-in job alerts use email providers and, when connected, the WhatsApp Business Platform. You can stop alerts in your dashboard or through the message link; replying STOP ends WhatsApp job alerts. Delivery and consent records are retained to operate and troubleshoot these messages.

You can request access, correction, withdrawal of public display or deletion by contacting info@enuncia.global. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal requirements; the team will explain any applicable limitation.
