Help recruitment clients explain their language-service requirements

By Enuncia Global ·

Recruitment work can bring you into contact with employers and candidates who need documents or workplace material in another language. Enuncia's reviewed referral programme provides a route to introduce those requirements without adding unconfirmed services to your own offer.

Separate the employer brief from the candidate brief

An employer may need training material translated; a candidate may need a personal document for a named recipient. Record who is requesting the work, who can approve the brief and which party should discuss the quotation. Do not share a candidate's documents merely because an employer has expressed interest.

Include the intended audience and language direction. For internal materials, ask whether the employer has approved terminology or an existing translated version. For personal documents, obtain the receiving organisation's stated requirements.

Build the referral into a clear workflow

With permission, introduce the enquiry and explain the desired outcome to Enuncia. Scope, availability, confidentiality arrangements and delivery timing are confirmed for the actual project. A translation referral does not verify credentials or guarantee a recruitment outcome.

In your affiliate application, describe the clients you support and the types of language enquiries you expect. Keep recruitment fees and any Enuncia referral commission separate, and confirm the applicable partner terms in writing.
