Help clients make a clearer document translation enquiry
By Enuncia Global ·
Travel and immigration-related document enquiries can involve different languages, receiving authorities and submission formats. An early clarification can prevent an incomplete brief from becoming a rushed handoff.
Build a partnership with Enuncia
Enuncia Network welcomes referral applications from travel and immigration networks that encounter language and documentation needs. Enuncia Global offers services across 200+ languages; the requested language direction, service and timing are checked for each enquiry.
Build the referral around the requirement
Ask the client which organization will receive the document and what its written instructions say. Record the document type, source language, target language, page count and intended submission date. If the client is unsure what a requirement means, flag the uncertainty rather than interpreting it as a promise of acceptance.
Names, dates and spellings deserve particular attention. Ask whether the receiving organization has supplied transliteration or format instructions. Do not request more personal documents than the scoping process needs, and agree a suitable sharing channel before sending files.
Make a permission-based introduction
Tell the client who will receive their details and obtain permission to share the enquiry. Enuncia reviews the service requirement, discusses the quote and coordinates accepted work. Referral participation does not authorize immigration advice, unapproved discounts, promised processing times or guarantees about an application outcome.
Approved partners can register leads and see their review status. Existing leads and duplicate claims remain subject to review under the programme rules.
Understand the commercial arrangement
Commission applies only where the written agreement makes the referral eligible. Application approval and lead submission are separate from a paid project or an earning entitlement. Agree the rules and payment terms before making commercial claims.
