Spot language-service opportunities in your next event brief

By Enuncia Global ·

An international guest list can introduce language needs long before an event begins. Event agencies can bring these enquiries to Enuncia through a reviewed referral partnership, starting with a practical description of the event.

Map the moments where language matters

Identify whether the request concerns live interpreting, presentation translation, captions, signage or post-event content. Record the languages, event format, date, expected duration and audience. If interpreting is requested, explain whether participants are in one room, online or split between locations.

Ask the organiser who will coordinate access, programme changes and speaker materials. An agenda with breaks and parallel sessions is more informative than a single start time. Equipment, platform configuration and technical support should be listed as requirements for discussion, not assumed inclusions.

Bring the enquiry early enough for a real review

Introduce the organiser with permission and share the current brief. Enuncia assesses the requested arrangement and availability before any commitment. Do not announce a language service to delegates on Enuncia's behalf until the relevant scope has been agreed.

Your affiliate application should explain the events you support and your role in their planning. Discuss the commercial referral arrangement separately from your event-production contract, including any eligible commission and payment terms.
