What to clarify when a referral may already be known to Enuncia

By Enuncia Global ·

Professional networks overlap. A person you introduce may already have spoken to Enuncia, or another partner may have registered a related enquiry. Describe the situation accurately instead of assuming a new submission establishes ownership.

Distinguish the person from the project

Explain the specific requirement you are introducing and how the client has authorised the handoff. If you know about an existing conversation, mention it. Avoid presenting old contact information as a new opportunity or submitting the same requirement through several channels to create competing records.

Keep the relevant dates and communication context available for review, while sharing only information you are entitled to provide. The aim is to make the history understandable, not to manufacture a claim.

Use the written agreement to resolve commercial questions

Ask how existing clients, duplicate leads and overlapping introductions are handled under your partner terms. The public programme does not establish a universal attribution window or automatic lead ownership rule.

Approved affiliates can register genuine enquiries and follow review through the dashboard. If an overlap needs clarification, reference the existing record and discuss it with Enuncia. Commission eligibility depends on the applicable written arrangement, not on whichever submission appears most recently.
