Your first Enuncia referral: prepare a brief worth reviewing

By Enuncia Global ·

A useful first referral answers the questions Enuncia needs to review a project. It does not need to be lengthy, but it should make the client's objective clear and separate confirmed details from assumptions.

Capture the essentials in one place

Write a short description of the requested outcome. Add the source language, target language, approximate volume, file type, intended use and desired deadline. Identify the person who can answer questions and approve the work. If any detail is unknown, say so explicitly rather than filling it with a guess.

A brief such as 'three-page document, French to English, for a named receiving organisation, required by a stated date' gives the team a starting point. The document still needs review before price, format or timing can be confirmed.

Make the next step easy for everyone

Ask the client for permission to introduce them to Enuncia and to share the relevant information. Confirm the preferred contact route and use an agreed method for any files. Do not put personal documents into a public social-media comment.

If you are an approved affiliate, register the lead through the available dashboard process and follow its review. Keep a record of what you submitted. Acceptance, project conversion and commission eligibility are separate decisions governed by the relevant agreements.
