A short client introduction can still contain the right information

By Enuncia Global ·

The first introduction should help the client and Enuncia understand why they are being connected. It can be concise while still identifying the requirement and the next step.

Use a clear three-part structure

Start by naming the parties and stating that the client has agreed to the introduction. Then describe the requested service, language direction, approximate volume and desired deadline. Finish by identifying who will provide any additional files or answer questions about the brief.

For example, a proposed introduction might explain that a client seeks a translation of a specified document for a named recipient, with format instructions available for review. Replace every detail with the actual authorised information; do not send a generic template containing invented requirements.

Leave unconfirmed commitments out

The introduction should not quote an Enuncia price, guarantee acceptance or announce an agreed deadline before review. If a detail is unknown, make it an open question. Share documents only through the agreed route and only with permission.

Approved affiliates can register the genuine enquiry through the programme workflow and follow its review. If you regularly make useful professional introductions, apply to Enuncia Network and confirm the applicable commercial partnership terms in writing.
