Keep confidential source material out of public referral conversations

By Enuncia Global ·

You can explain a language requirement without exposing the client's entire document or recording in a public channel. Begin with the service need, then agree how any necessary source material will be shared.

Start with a description of the work

Record the document or media type, language direction, approximate volume, intended use and deadline. Ask whether the material contains confidential or personal information and flag that before file transfer. Do not paste client records into public comments or promotional posts.

Obtain permission to share the enquiry and identify the intended recipient. If the client can provide a suitable sample for scoping, clarify that it is a sample. Do not silently redact or alter a source and present it as complete.

Use the agreed sharing process

Ask Enuncia which channel is appropriate for the material and the stage of review. Do not send account passwords or unrelated identity, bank or tax documents as part of an ordinary referral introduction.

The affiliate programme is built around reviewed, permission-based leads. A careful handoff protects the client's expectations and helps the team understand what it can assess. Commercial eligibility and payment terms remain matters for the written partner agreement.
