What to include when referring an interpreting enquiry
By Enuncia Global ·
Interpreting requirements depend on how people will communicate during the event. A useful referral starts with the actual format and participants, rather than simply requesting an interpreter for a date.
Describe the conversation that needs support
Record the languages, event date, location or online platform, expected duration and participant arrangement. Explain whether speakers take turns, presentations run continuously or several sessions happen in parallel. Include the subject and any agenda available for review.
Ask who will coordinate speaker materials, access and last-minute programme changes. If the client expects equipment, technical support or platform configuration, list those requirements explicitly. Do not assume they are automatically included in a language-service request.
Confirm availability before announcing arrangements
Share the brief with permission and allow Enuncia to assess scope and availability. A calendar date alone is not a confirmed booking. If the event changes, provide a revised brief rather than relying on an earlier discussion.
Event planners, agencies and professional networks can apply to refer genuine interpreting enquiries through Enuncia Network. Commercial participation, accepted project terms and any referral commission must be confirmed through the appropriate written arrangements.
