Make a remote-meeting language enquiry easier to review
By Enuncia Global ·
A remote meeting has its own language and technical requirements. When your client needs interpreting support, explain how the meeting will run so Enuncia can review the actual arrangement.
Record the meeting setup
List the languages, subject, date, time zone and planned duration. Identify the platform and whether participants join individually or from shared rooms. Explain how many people will speak and whether presentations, questions or breakout sessions are planned.
Ask who will manage invitations, access permissions and technical checks. Mention any platform features the organiser expects to use, without assuming they are enabled or supported. Agenda and terminology materials can help define the request if the client can share them appropriately.
Separate language work from platform ownership
State whether technical coordination is requested and who will operate the meeting. A referral for interpreting does not automatically include hosting the event or managing the client's software account.
Enuncia reviews availability and scope before confirming a service. Introduce the organiser with permission and avoid announcing a confirmed language arrangement until terms are agreed. Partners who regularly encounter international meeting needs can describe these opportunities in an affiliate application.
