Partner workflow

Keep a simple record of the referrals you introduce

By Enuncia Global ·

A concise referral record helps you answer questions about what was introduced and when. It should describe the enquiry accurately without collecting unnecessary personal documents or presenting your own notes as programme approval.

Record the facts that support follow-through

Keep the client or project reference, date of authorised introduction, requested service and the contact route agreed with the client. Note the permission context and the identifier of an existing lead record where available. Add material updates such as a changed deadline or source version.

Avoid storing passwords, unrelated identity documents or sensitive financial information in a general marketing spreadsheet. Keep records accessible only to the people who need them for the partnership workflow.

Separate your notes from confirmed outcomes

A local row marked 'sent' means you made an introduction; it does not mean Enuncia accepted the work. Record confirmed review information accurately and leave unknown outcomes unconfirmed. Commission expectations should be checked against the written agreement and the relevant project information.

Enuncia Network offers approved affiliates a lead-registration and review process. Use that process alongside clear records and permission-based communication to build an accountable referral relationship.
