Getting started

Ask for a clear introduction before you share a client's details

By Enuncia Global ·

A referral begins with another person's business need. Before sending their contact information or documents to Enuncia, make sure they understand the introduction and want it to happen.

Explain who receives the information and why

Tell the client that Enuncia will receive the enquiry to review the requested language service and discuss the next steps. Identify what you propose to share: contact details, a description of the work and any relevant files. Permission for an introduction should not be treated as permission for unrelated marketing.

A simple proposed introduction can explain the service, language direction and preferred contact route without attaching sensitive material. Ask how the client would like to continue and use an agreed channel for documents when needed.

Keep a useful record without over-collecting

Record when permission was obtained and the scope of the introduction. Avoid copying unnecessary identity information into notes or public messages. If the client changes their mind before the handoff, update the enquiry accordingly.

Enuncia's affiliate conduct policy requires permission-based outreach and reviewed lead registration. Your role is to introduce a genuine requirement accurately. Apply to the programme if this approach fits your business, then confirm the commercial arrangement in writing before expecting referral earnings.
