A clearer scan can make a document translation enquiry easier to assess

By Enuncia Global ·

An unclear scan can hide a name, date, stamp or handwritten entry that matters to the requested translation. Before an introduction, help the client check whether the file shows the complete document clearly.

Review visibility, not meaning

Check that all page edges are visible, text is in focus and lighting does not obscure parts of the document. Include reverse sides when they contain entries. Keep pages in a clear order and distinguish separate documents instead of merging unrelated material without labels.

If the client sends photographs, ask for a straight, readable image of each complete page. Do not alter the content, recreate a missing stamp or guess text under glare. Flag unresolved visibility issues in the referral brief.

Share only through the agreed route

Use a suitable private channel once the client has agreed to share the material. A public social-media thread is not the place for personal documents. Explain whether the files are the final source or preliminary samples.

Enuncia reviews the supplied material and may request clarification before accepting the work or confirming timing. A referral partner can make that review easier by describing the problem accurately, while avoiding promises about official acceptance or the interpretation of unreadable content.
