Break a multilingual agency brief into its actual deliverables

By Enuncia Global ·

An agency campaign can include several language tasks that share a theme but need different production steps. A clear referral lists the deliverables instead of describing the whole package as a single translation job.

Create a deliverable-by-deliverable brief

List each asset, source language, target language, volume and required output. A brochure may need translation and layout; a video may need subtitles; a presentation may include speaker notes. Identify which source files are final and which references should be shared across the project.

Explain the audience and brand terminology once, then record the requirements that differ between assets. If the client expects adaptation, review rounds or implementation support, state those as requests for assessment rather than assumed inclusions.

Show dependencies and approvals

Record the order in which assets need to be delivered and who can approve them. If a central script controls several outputs, identify it. Late changes to that source may affect more than one deliverable.

Introduce the client requirement with permission and let Enuncia confirm feasible scope and timing. An affiliate arrangement does not automatically establish a bundled resale or white-label model; discuss that separately alongside the written commercial partner terms.
