Build a clearer referral for multilingual workplace training material

By Enuncia Global ·

Workplace training content may include instructions, examples and assessments that must remain connected across languages. A referral brief should explain the learner's task and the complete set of materials involved.

Give the training context

Record the learner audience, topic and target language, along with any preferred terminology. List slides, workbooks, quizzes, scripts and videos separately. Explain whether the same content appears across several assets so the project can be reviewed as a coordinated requirement.

Ask who owns the source and who will approve the translated wording. If the content describes a specialised procedure, identify the client's subject reviewer. A translation enquiry should not assume that Enuncia will validate the underlying procedure or redesign the course.

Specify how the material will be used

Describe whether learners will read a PDF, attend a live session or use a learning platform. If character limits, subtitles or editable formats matter, include them in the enquiry. Make the final source version and review deadline clear.

Training providers and business advisers can introduce these requirements with permission through Enuncia Network. Availability, output and timing are reviewed for the project, while any referral commission follows the separately agreed written partner terms.
