Identify the client reviewer before a multilingual project starts

By Enuncia Global ·

A project can have several interested people but still need one clear approval process. When introducing language work, ask who can resolve questions and provide the client's consolidated feedback.

Separate subject review from final approval

Identify the person who understands the subject, the person responsible for brand terminology and the person who can approve delivery. These roles may belong to one person or several. Record the arrangement so Enuncia knows where different questions should go.

If a reviewer will be unavailable near the deadline, mention that constraint. Ask how comments will be consolidated and whether there is an existing reference version. Avoid forwarding contradictory comments as though they were a single agreed instruction.

Set expectations for changes

Explain whether feedback concerns the agreed source or new material added later. Source changes, additional language versions and new output formats may need a scope review. Do not assume they are included simply because they arrive during review.

Your role as a referral partner can be to make the communication path clear, with the client's permission. Enuncia confirms accepted project arrangements, while partnership approval and any eligible commission remain governed by separate written terms.
