Check whether a language enquiry is ready for quotation review

By Enuncia Global ·

A client may be ready to ask for a price before the requirement is ready to assess. Your referral can help identify the missing information without attempting to quote the work yourself.

Confirm four connected details

Make sure the enquiry identifies the source material, language direction, desired output and deadline. Add the intended audience or receiving organisation. If one detail is uncertain, explain the uncertainty clearly so Enuncia can ask the right question.

Check whether the files supplied represent the complete project. Mention tables, embedded text, additional audio outputs or layout expectations that may otherwise be overlooked. An approximate count is useful when labelled as an estimate, but it is not the same as reviewed scope.

Identify the person who can decide

Provide the authorised contact who can answer questions and approve the quotation. If several parties are involved, clarify who is requesting the service and who will accept the output. Obtain permission for that introduction.

Enuncia reviews the actual requirement before confirming accepted work, price and timing. A prepared brief can make the conversation more focused, but it does not guarantee a quotation, project acceptance or a referral earning entitlement.
