Help a client define the transcript they actually need

By Enuncia Global ·

A transcript can serve different purposes: a readable interview record, material for later translation or text aligned with a recording. Clarifying the intended use makes your Enuncia referral more useful.

Ask about the desired transcript style

Record the language, runtime and number of files. Ask whether the client needs a verbatim record, a cleaned reading version, speaker labels or timestamps. If they have an example format, mention it as a reference for review rather than assuming a standard output.

Describe the recording conditions, including overlapping speakers, background noise and any sections known to be difficult to hear. Do not promise that unclear audio can be recovered or replace uncertain speech with your own interpretation.

Explain what happens after transcription

If translation, subtitles or a summary is also requested, list each as a separate output. State who can clarify speaker names and specialist terms. Confirm permission to share the recording and use the appropriate private transfer route.

Enuncia evaluates the actual material before confirming accepted work and timing. If your professional network regularly produces recordings that need language support, apply as a referral partner and describe those enquiries. Any eligible referral earnings depend on your written agreement.
