Bring the script, audience and usage to a voiceover enquiry

By Enuncia Global ·

'We need a voiceover' leaves several production decisions unanswered. A referral is stronger when it identifies the script, language, audience and intended use, so the actual requirement can be reviewed.

Explain the creative and production brief

Record the target language and audience, script length and desired tone. Say whether the script is final and whether it first needs translation or adaptation. If the recording must match an existing video, provide the runtime and explain the timing constraint.

Ask the client to describe usage, distribution and any supplied pronunciation guidance. Mention whether they require a standalone audio file, synchronisation or mixing. Voice selection, rights, revisions and technical outputs must be agreed for the project rather than assumed from a referral.

Identify the approval point

Clarify who will approve the script before recording and who can answer pronunciation questions. A late script change may affect the agreed production scope, so keep version information visible from the beginning.

Introduce the enquiry with permission through Enuncia's reviewed process. Do not promise a particular voice, turnaround or usage entitlement without confirmation. Your affiliate application can describe the production clients you support and the language needs you expect to introduce.
