Document referrals
Make a certificate translation referral precise from the start
By Enuncia Global ·
A one-page certificate may still contain multiple elements that need review: typed text, handwritten entries, stamps and signatures. Give Enuncia a complete description of the document and its intended use before discussing the next step with the client.
List each certificate separately
Identify the type of document, language direction and number of pages, including reverse-side entries. If the client has several certificates, use a clear list so the team can distinguish originals, duplicates and supplementary pages. Explain whether a scan is complete and readable.
Ask which organisation will receive the result and include its written instructions. Any specific requirement for format, certification or translator qualifications needs to be assessed for that enquiry rather than assumed from the word 'certificate'.
Avoid promises that belong to another party
Do not guarantee acceptance, alter the source or imply that translation authenticates the original document. Enuncia reviews the requested service and discusses the quote and timing for work it accepts.
With permission, an approved affiliate can register the enquiry and follow its review through the dashboard. If certificate enquiries are a regular part of your business, describe that experience in your partnership application and establish the commission and payment arrangement in writing.
