Prepare a transcript translation enquiry with the full academic record in view

By Enuncia Global ·

An academic transcript can contain more than course names and marks. Tables, grading legends and explanatory notes may affect the scope of the translation, so the referral should identify the complete document.

Check what belongs to the record

Ask the client to confirm all pages and reverse sides, including legends, seals and appendices. Record the source and target languages, receiving institution and submission deadline. If a separate degree certificate or other document also needs work, list it separately rather than folding it into an ambiguous page count.

Describe whether the client needs an editable output, a PDF or another specified format. Share the institution's stated requirements concerning translation, certification or layout for review; do not assume they are the same for every institution.

Keep explanation separate from translation

If the client asks how grades compare with another system, identify that as a separate question. Translating the words on a transcript is not automatically a credential evaluation or an equivalence assessment.

Education consultants and documentation partners can introduce the requirement with permission through Enuncia Network. Enuncia reviews the actual document and confirms accepted scope and timing. Eligible referral commission remains subject to the written partner agreement and is not established merely by uploading a transcript enquiry.
