Plan the language handoff before a video launch date

By Enuncia Global ·

For a multilingual video launch, the release date is only one part of the schedule. Your referral should show when the final source will be ready and what language outputs the client needs before launch.

Create a simple asset and language list

Identify the main video, cut-down versions and any separate social clips. For each, record the runtime and whether the client wants subtitles, voice, translated graphics or another output. List the required languages and distinguish shared source material from unique edits.

Ask when the picture and script will be locked. If several versions are still changing, label them clearly and explain the expected update sequence. A short sample does not establish the scope of the complete launch package.

Leave room for the client's approval

Identify who will review terminology, pronunciation or subtitles and when their response is needed. State any platform delivery requirements supplied by the client. Enuncia can review a staged approach if requested, but it must be agreed rather than promised in advance.

Agencies and production partners can introduce the enquiry with permission through Enuncia Network. Clarify accepted production scope separately from the referral agreement, including any eligible commission and payment conditions.
