Layout and delivery
Tell Enuncia whether the translated document is for print or screen
By Enuncia Global ·
The same brochure may be used as an email attachment, a website download or a printed handout. The referral should identify the actual delivery requirement so layout and file expectations can be reviewed.
Ask how the file will be used
Record whether the client needs a reading PDF, editable artwork or files prepared to supplied print specifications. If a printer has provided requirements, include those instructions for assessment. Do not assume that a PDF approved for reading is automatically ready for every production process.
Explain page size, source application and available assets where known. Mention links, forms or accessibility-related requirements if the client expects them in a digital output. These features should be explicit scope items rather than implied by the word 'document'.
Identify the final checker
Ask who approves wording, who checks layout and who accepts the file for its intended use. If several versions are required, list them clearly. Changes after approval should be recorded against the agreed source and output.
Enuncia reviews the actual requirement and confirms accepted work. Design partners can introduce these projects through Enuncia Network with client permission, while avoiding unconfirmed production promises or assumptions about eligible referral commission.
