Layout and delivery
Flag writing-direction requirements in a multilingual layout enquiry
By Enuncia Global ·
A language change can affect the way a reader moves through a page. If the target language has a different writing direction from the source, make the layout requirement visible in the enquiry.
Describe the whole reading experience
Identify the target language and audience, document or interface type and expected output. Point out tables, numbered lists, diagrams and mixed-language elements. Include any approved style reference supplied by the client so Enuncia can review the intended presentation.
Ask whether the source layout is editable and which fonts or design assets are available. Do not assume that changing paragraph alignment alone will address every layout need. Equally, do not prescribe a redesign without understanding the client's requirement.
Plan an appropriate final review
Name the client reviewer and explain whether the final file will be printed, viewed digitally or integrated into software. If testing in a particular application is requested, state that as part of the proposed scope.
Enuncia reviews each language direction, source and deliverable before acceptance. Agencies and document-service partners can introduce these enquiries with permission and explore the affiliate programme. Any commercial entitlement follows the agreed written partner terms, not the complexity of the enquiry alone.
