Document referrals
Clarify the document task before a travel-related translation referral
By Enuncia Global ·
A travel-related enquiry may involve translation alongside other document processes. Keep those tasks distinct so the client and Enuncia can discuss the actual requirement without assuming that one service includes another.
Ask what the recipient has requested
Identify the organisation receiving the material and obtain its written instructions through the client. Record source and target languages, document types, page counts and timing. If the client uses a broad phrase such as 'make it valid abroad', ask for the specific instruction rather than translating that phrase into an unconfirmed service promise.
Explain whether the files are complete and readable. Mention any stated format, certification or attestation requirement for review, without claiming that translation alone satisfies it.
Introduce the language enquiry, not an outcome guarantee
Obtain permission to share the client's details and use an agreed private channel for documents. Enuncia reviews the service scope and confirms accepted work. Referral participation does not authorise immigration advice or promises about visa or application outcomes.
Travel and immigration networks can apply through Enuncia Network to explore language-service referrals. Describe the enquiries you encounter and agree the applicable commercial terms in writing before representing commission eligibility.
